This is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Sales Manager role in 6-12 months. In our hands-on learning environment, you will be partnered with our store, regional, and operations leadership to receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to achieve a successful career in Sales Management. Through the course of the program, you will learn all aspects of our business, allowing you to understand the significant part you’ll play in the team’s success.

  • Can Consistently Meet Established Monthly Sales Goals
  • Can Greet Clients and Provide Product Information With a Positive Attitude
  • Can Connect and Establish Relationships With Clients 
  • Can Explain Financing and Protection Plans
  • Can Close Sales
  • Can Coordinate Delivery Between the Clients and Warehouse
  • Can Maintain a Clean, FUN, and Safe Work Environment for You and Your Team
  • Can Comfortably Complete In Home Design Calls
  • Can Relocate to a Nearby Store Upon Completion of the Program As Needed
